Is UnitedHealthcare of Ohio Medicaid? ›

UnitedHealthcare Connected® for MyCare Ohio (Medicare-Medicaid plan) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Ohio Medicaid to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees.

If you are eligible for Medicaid, live in a county with UnitedHealthcare Community Plan and would like to enroll with us, please call the Managed Care Enrollment Center at 1-800-605-3040 (TTY: 1-800-292-3572).

Transportation. Our plan provides up to 30 one way or 15 round trip rides to medical appointments and other needed services. Call 1-800-895-2017 (TTY 711) to schedule a ride.
